09 Feb 2009: Cleveland Circuits Wins Major New Contract.

Local MP Dr Ashok Kumar visits Cleveland Circuits to commemorate the award of a new manufacturing contract. |
| Cleveland Circuits have been successful in gaining a prestigious contract to manufacture printed circuit boards and PCB assemblies for a world leading power distribution company. |
The contract was won on our ability to provide a flexible, single source solution for high mix, small to medium batch runs for through hole, surface mount and mixed technology assemblies. A substantial investment in new equipment and facilities was undertaken to ensure successful integration of the new work into our existing manufacturing facility. Production on the new contract began recently and throughput is expected to increase steadily in the future as new product lines are introduced.
During his visit Dr Kumar praised the staff and management at Cleveland Circuits commenting that it was encouraging to see a UK based electronic manufacturer thriving in the current economic climate. |
