Semi Automatic DEK248 stencil printer with dual camera alignment system for accurate stencil to board registration.
Controllable blade pressure settings for even and repeatable paste and SMT adhesive application.

SMT Component Placement.
3 x Juki SMT machines capable of placing up to 5,000 components per hr.
Placement of component footprints down to 0402.
Accurate and flexible with quick set up and set down cycles.
Ideal for prototype and small to medium batch sizes.

Wave Solder and SMT Reflow.
2 x Blundell CMS400 leaded and lead free wave solder lines.
1 x Heller 1088 4 Zone forced air convection reflow oven with edge and mesh conveyor system.
Circuitmaster 6 Channel Oven Profiler with Wave Shuttle adaptor.

Through Hole Component Insertion.
2 x Blackell LS920 light guided semi automatic component insertion stations with cut and clinch for axial, radial, DIL and SIL components.
1 x Universal axial component inserter with cut and clinch.
3 x Mascot light guided component insertion stations.

Test, Inspection and Software Programming.
2 x Genrad ATE testers provide accurate and efficient functional testing.
Wide scope of manual bench test and functional test equipment.
Large array of PIC programming and EEProm programming tools.
High magnification Mantis inspection equipment.
