Front-end engineering is arguably one of the most crucial steps in the PCB manufacturing process. PCB data that is not thoroughly checked to verify its suitability for manfacture, can transfer unforseen errors and problems into production potentially rendering the final circuit unfit for purpose.

Our comprehensively equipped CAM department utilises the latest revisions of UCAM and VisualCAM software to check and verify your electronic PCB data. All incoming data is Design Rule Checked (DRC) to ensure it meets our standard production and pcb manufacturing capabilities. Linked directly to our shop floor production systems and darkroom facility we are able to engineer data to the highest standard and efficiently produce accurate, bespoke photo-tooling to meet the tightest of production deadlines.
