At Cleveland Circuits we use a Heller 1088 forced air convection reflow oven and Blundell CMS400 leaded and lead free wave solder equipment to ensure high quality reliable solder joints on through hole and SMT technology assemblies.
Forced air convention offers a higher quality solder joint by provided a more even and controlled temperature flow using fans to assist air movement evenly across the board and component surfaces in each zone of the oven. Coupled with our Circuitmaster 6 Channel Profiler we can determine accurate soldering profiles on both SMT reflow and Wave solder for the most demanding circuit board topographies assuring you of strong reliable solder joints at all times.
